Refund Policy

At Fallbackco, we guarantee the quality of our products. However, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

IMPORTANT: We work with a dropshipping fulfillment model. Our products are shipped directly from warehouses in the United States through our fulfillment partner (Zendrop). This means we can ONLY process refunds or replacements for specific issues listed below.

WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS We ONLY accept refund or replacement requests for:

1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - Product has manufacturing defects - Product does not work as described - Product is broken or faulty

2. DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING - Product arrived broken - Product arrived crushed or damaged - Packaging was severely damaged affecting the product

3. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED - You received a completely different product than ordered - Wrong color was sent (if significantly different from description) - Wrong size was sent (if we made the error)

4. MISSING PARTS - Product arrived incomplete - Essential components are missing

REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM: To process your refund or replacement, you MUST: Contact us within 30 days of delivery, provide your order number, send clear photos showing the defect or damage (MANDATORY), Describe the issue in detail. Email: fallbackcocontact@gmail.com Response time: 24-48 hours We will review your case and if approved by our fulfillment partner, we will: - Send a FREE replacement, OR - Issue a FULL refund to your original payment method Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT We CANNOT process refunds or returns for: ❌ Change of mind ("I don't want it anymore") ❌ Buyer's remorse ("I regret buying it") ❌ Wrong size selected by customer during checkout ❌ Color preference ("I don't like this color" - if it matches description) ❌ "Not what I expected" (if product matches description and photos) ❌ "Quality is not as good as I thought" ❌ Personal preference or taste ❌ Customer ordered wrong item by mistake ALL SALES ARE FINAL except for the specific defect/damage cases listed above.

WHY THIS POLICY? Our products ship directly from US warehouses through our fulfillment partner. They can only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage - NOT for customer preference changes.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: If your package does not arrive within 20 business days: 1. Contact us with your order number 2. We will track the package with our fulfillment partner 3. If confirmed lost, we will send a FREE replacement or full refund

NO PHYSICAL RETURNS ACCEPTED Due to our international dropshipping model, we CANNOT accept physical product returns to any address. Do not send products back without our authorization.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME: Once approved: - Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days - PayPal: 3-5 business days
