FREE SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Every order to the continental United States ships FREE. No minimum purchase required.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME Processing time: 2-5 business days Shipping time: 7-15 business days Total estimated delivery: 9-20 business days Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to: - Carrier delays - Weather conditions - Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
WHERE WE SHIP FROM All products are shipped from warehouses located in the continental United States through our fulfillment partner (Zendrop). We do NOT ship from China or other international locations.
SHIPPING COVERAGE We ship to: ✓ Continental United States (48 states) ✓ Residential and business addresses ✓ Standard delivery addresses We do NOT ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.), APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. Boxes (in most cases), International addresses. If your shipping address is outside the continental United States, we cannot process your order.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive: - Shipping confirmation email - Tracking number - Link to track your package You can track your order 24/7 using the tracking number provided. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT Orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment partner: - Orders placed before 12 PM EST: Usually processed same day - Orders placed after 12 PM EST: Processed next business day - Weekend orders: Processed on Monday Once processed, orders CANNOT be modified or canceled.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address: - We are NOT responsible for lost or undelivered packages - Reshipment may incur additional fees - Contact us immediately if you notice an address error
