AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website (fallbackco.myshopify.com) and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or make purchases.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND AUTOMATIC FULFILLMENT IMPORTANT: Orders are processed AUTOMATICALLY through our fulfillment partner (Zendrop). Once you place an order: - Payment is charged immediately - Order is sent to our fulfillment partner within minutes - Processing begins within 2-5 business days - You receive an order confirmation email Due to automatic processing, orders move very quickly through our system.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER CANCELLATION WINDOW: You have a VERY LIMITED time to cancel your order. Cancellation is ONLY possible if: - Order has NOT been processed by our fulfillment partner yet - This is typically within the FIRST 24 HOURS (often less) - You contact us IMMEDIATELY at fallbackcocontact@gmail.com with your order number IMPORTANT: We CANNOT guarantee cancellation even within 24 hours because: - Orders are processed automatically - Our fulfillment partner may process orders within hours - Once processing begins, cancellation is impossible If you want to cancel: 1. Email fallbackcocontact@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY 2. Include your order number in the subject line 3. We will check if cancellation is still possible 4. If yes, we will cancel and refund within 3-5 business days 5. If no (already processed), cancellation is NOT possible AFTER ORDER IS PROCESSED OR SHIPPED: - Cancellation is NO LONGER possible - You must wait to receive the product - Our Refund Policy will apply (defects/damage only) - You CANNOT return for change of mind PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. 9. FULFILLMENT PARTNER We use Zendrop as our fulfillment partner for: - Product storage - Order processing - Shipping and delivery While Zendrop handles fulfillment, Fallbackco is responsible for: - Customer service - Order issues - Refunds and replacements (when applicable per our policy)

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for: - Providing accurate shipping and contact information - Reviewing product details BEFORE purchasing - Reading size charts and measurements BEFORE ordering - Understanding our refund and cancellation policies BEFORE buying - Checking your email for order updates - Contacting us immediately if you need to cancel (no guarantee)
