Once you place an order: - Payment is charged immediately - Order is sent to our fulfillment partner within minutes - Processing begins within 2-5 business days - You receive an order confirmation email Due to automatic processing, orders move very quickly through our system.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER CANCELLATION WINDOW: You have a VERY LIMITED time to cancel your order. Cancellation is ONLY possible if: - Order has NOT been processed by our fulfillment partner yet - This is typically within the FIRST 24 HOURS (often less) - You contact us IMMEDIATELY at fallbackcocontact@gmail.com with your order number IMPORTANT: We CANNOT guarantee cancellation even within 24 hours because: - Orders are processed automatically - Our fulfillment partner may process orders within hours - Once processing begins, cancellation is impossible If you want to cancel: 1. Email fallbackcocontact@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY 2. Include your order number in the subject line 3. We will check if cancellation is still possible 4. If yes, we will cancel and refund within 3-5 business days 5. If no (already processed), cancellation is NOT possible AFTER ORDER IS PROCESSED OR SHIPPED: - Cancellation is NO LONGER possible - You must wait to receive the product - Our Refund Policy will apply (defects/damage only) - You CANNOT return for change of mind PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
